Delete Your Account

Cosmic AI (published by Bindu Intelligence LLC) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open Cosmic AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm the request with the one-time code (OTP) emailed to you (it expires in 10 minutes).
4. Your account is then scheduled for deletion with a 14-day grace period. You can cancel anytime during those 14 days by signing back in and selecting Cancel deletion on the notice screen.
5. After 14 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Subscribed through Google Play? Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — Google, not us, bills and controls it. Please also cancel it yourself in Google Play → Subscriptionsso you aren't charged for a plan tied to a deleted account.

Option 2 — By request

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting individual data

You can also delete individual chats, uploaded files, images, and projects at any time from within the app, without deleting your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, avatar, sign-in methods)
• Your chat history and messages, and your saved memory
• Files and images you uploaded, and images generated for you
• Your projects, project files, and project memory
• Research reports, presentations, and active sessions/devices

What may be retained (and for how long)

• Billing and transaction records (subscriptions, invoices, payment and credit history) required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, kept for as long as required by law and no longer.
• Anything we retain is disconnected from your name and email — your account row is anonymized, not left identifiable.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, the same as described in our Privacy Policy.
