End-User License Agreement

This is your custom EULA for the Cosmic AI mobile and desktop applications ("App"). It supplements the Terms of Service; if they conflict, the Terms of Service control except for app-store-specific terms below.

1. License Grant

Bindu Intelligence LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms, the Terms of Service, and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.

2. Restrictions

You may not: copy (except as permitted), modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense it; remove proprietary notices; or use it in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law (including US export and sanctions laws). You must be at least 13 to use the App, and if you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Bindu Intelligence LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the App and all intellectual property in it.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, which are covered by this EULA unless separate terms accompany them. Some updates may be required for continued use.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions made in the App are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund policies, in addition to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

The App relies on third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Output may be inaccurate and is provided without warranty; you are responsible for how you use it.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties, and our liability is limited, as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Apple-Specific Terms (Apple App Store)

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge:

• This EULA is between you and Bindu Intelligence LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims, or third-party IP infringement claims).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a US-embargoed country or on a US prohibited-parties list.

9. Google Play

If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, consistent with the Terms of Service.
