DMCA / Copyright Policy

Bindu Intelligence LLC respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe content on Cosmic AI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent with all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., URLs or a description).
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Our Response

Upon a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Note on AI-Generated Content

AI models may generate content similar to existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Output does not infringe others' rights. See our AI Disclosure & Content Guidelines.
